Is it that time of year again?? When ghouls break ground and werewolves shed their human form? When bones rattle and birds of the night screech with pleasure?? Hmm, yes I believe so! Come one, come all to a visual and literary display of the macabre at the marvelous Hot Cup Coffee Shop in Logan, WV on Friday October 11th from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday October 12th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (a reception will be held Saturday evening at 7 p.m.) @ 201 Stratton Street. This year we have a new and promising writer, the lovely femme fatale, Erica Kitchen along with the usual suspects: sculptor, taxidermist, and visual mastermind–Donn Kinney; abstract painter with avian flair–Seth Kitzmiller; and West Virginia author of the scary and unusual– Dustin Coffman. Musical guests include (but are not limited to) the flavorful Jess & the Blues Band: songstress Jessica Arnold, guitarist Greg Kitzmiller, and percussionist Stuart Arnold–who will appear on Saturday, October 12th. What we’re trying to say is…you’re going to have a good time! So…come treat yourself. Promise. No tricks! 😎
