Chief Logan Wonderfall Walk

October 24, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

It’s WonderFALL at Chief Logan State Park.

Meet at the museum for a WonderFALL hike beginning at 11:00 a.m. Led by naturalist Lauren Cole, everyone will hike the Woodpecker Trail, which is a more difficult and longer trail of about 3 miles total. We’ll pace ourselves and make stops along the way to identify vegetation or autumn leaves. Earn a WonderFALL patch at the conclusion of the hike.

A second WonderFALL hike that is less difficult is scheduled for October 31, 2020.

Please note there isn’t a fee to participate.  We do emphasize that masks are required as we begin the walk.  As the journey continues, hikers may determine their mask use.  As always, we encourage the wearing of masks adn social distancing to protect the people you are interacting with during the walk.

Wear comfortable and closed-toe walking or hiking shoes and dress for the weather, long pants are recommended; in October we never know what weather holds, but if you show, we go! Sandals or flip-flops are not appropriate for this hike.
