Take your first step into the New Year with a hike at Chief Logan State Park on January 1, 2021. We will depart from Museum in the Park at 10:00 a.m for our wintry walk.
The Cliffside Trail is an easy hike but some parts of the trail may have rocks, roots, or be close to sheer drops. We’ll hike approximately one mile making the adventure suitable for all ages to get outside on the first day of the year and learn a little about nature in winter and Chief Logan State Park.
Please dress for weather conditions. Young children should be accompanied by an adult. All ages are welcome. No reservations required for this walk. Please carry water and a snack. For more information email [email protected]. Hikers get a First Day Hike patch at the conclusion of the activity.
